Application Process

We have a put a thorough recruitment process in place to ensure we only hire suitable individuals and to safeguard our clients.

  • Provide a completed application form
  • Provide documentation to verify your identity
  • Provide names of 2 referees, one being your last employer
  • Provide documentation to verify qualifications and training
  • Attend a personal interview (subject to positive references being received)
  • Complete a health declaration form
  • Complete a Criminal Convictions declaration form and Enhanced CRB check (subject to a being successful at interview)

All registered care-workers should have the following training before completing their first placement:

  • Health and safety training
  • Risk reporting
  • COSHH
  • Riddor
  • Basic life support
  • Manual Handling

There are several options available to assist with your training and development. Options include e-learning, tutored courses and distance learning, and we are able to advise you on the most cost effective options available.
