They can choose to work full-time, part-time or just work on an occasional basis, and because we provide 24 hour support to our clients, our care workers have flexibility to what hours they work in the day. Our pay rates are amongst the best in the industry. We believe that well rewarded staff members are happy staff members. Happy staff members enjoy their work and therefore provide excellent service and standard of care to our clients. All our carers are provided with regular training.
